HTS EPC Contract - Project Overview
Under a service contract agreement Ormond Energy Innovations Inc. (OEI) provided subsea engineering services to Master Flo, industry leading valve & choke supplier in Houston, Texas for an EPC project.
OEI Project Scope:
- SoW definition - Translate client requirements into revision controlled Scope of Work
- Design - Conceptual design of total system for client and stakeholders approval
- Engineering - Detailed engineering design of overall system, including specifying purchase-hardware, engineering design reviews, documentation, FEA analysis for client approval
- Construction - Hardware procurement, fabrication of system components, on-site assembly-integration and testing of system for startup and handover to client
- Project Management - Overall management of project including sub-suppliers oversight, project schedule and budget management, technical and commercial interface for client procurement acitivities
